Internet Telephony, published by Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC®), is the premier publication in the rapidly growing VoIP/IP telephony industry. The editors of Internet Telephony judged companies and their leading-edge products using a set of criteria that included vision, leadership and attention to detail.

"We are delighted that Aperto's PacketMAX 5000 has been honored with yet another industry award," said Manish Gupta, vice president of marketing & alliances, for Aperto Networks. "The Product of the Year awards exemplifies the best that this industry has to offer. The companies earning this distinction have demonstrated a commitment to quality and the further development of the IP telephony industry through their contributions. Designed for simultaneous delivery of multi-tiered data, voice and video, Aperto's PacketMAX 5000 base station leverages industry-leading Quality of Service capabilities, multiple-service flows per subscriber, and intelligent traffic classification

features that were pioneered by Aperto. These capabilities enable better service differentiation and SLA compliance.   "These companies have proven they are committed to quality and excellence while addressing real needs in the marketplace.
