Job Description
Responsible for pre and post sales of base stations for our broadband wireless
products. Will debug and troubleshoot base station installations and provide
ongoing maintenance. This includes customer service phone support, installation
and on site customer support when needed Duties will include both hardware as
well as software knowledge of broadband wireless products. Will work independently
with minimal supervision.
Required Skills/Experience
BS in a technical field or 5 years work experience in the areas listed below:
Working knowledge of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, NAT, DHCP, FTP etc.
Experience with UNIX, Windows 2000/NT, Java.
Good system analysis and problem solving skills
Ability to work well with engineering teams and with customers
Ability to work independently on projects and manage ones time effectively
Good verbal and written communications skills a must.
Ability to troubleshoot network problems via the phone
Must be flexible in order to work in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
Willingness to travel both domestic and international
Available after hours for customer support
